Tell us about your professional background

I studied architecture in France and worked for several years at the design studios of a renowned international firm specializing in road engineering works. Being interested in buildings and construction, I eventually started to work on residential projects on my own. Over the years, I was able to work with a number of people connected with real estate, including a real estate agency on the French Riviera. When I arrived in Quebec in 2008, I enrolled in the residential and commercial broker program.

Why do you enjoy being a professional real estate broker?

First, I have to say that to be a broker, you have to enjoy working with the public.

I love talking and interacting with all types of people. I get a lot of personal satisfaction from my work. Especially when people call you back years later; it shows they haven’t forgotten you. I’m able to use my expertise and experience to advise clients, whether they are buyers or sellers. I find the entire buying and selling process extremely satisfying, and am actively involved from the beginning of the search phase right up to the signing at the notary. Even after the sale, I will often check in with clients to make sure they are fully settled. I don’t just sell clients a house; I end up sharing wonderful moments with them. They become friends, either in real life or on social networks.

Why RE/MAX?

I have worked under a variety of real estate banners since I first got into real estate, but when I joined the RE/MAX family, I felt a real difference. We don’t need to promote RE/MAX; everyone knows it, even internationally. We offer a number of protection programs, such as Tranquilli-T and Integri-T, which reassure and protect clients.
